Stuffs about me.

I was born at Mount Elizabeth, Singapore in 1990. My first nest was at Ghim Moh. A few months later, still being a baby, we shifted to Ang Mo Kio. Following, we moved to Hougang, back to Ang Mo Kio again, then to another place in AMK and now, Chuan. There was a period of time when I resided in Shanghai. I'm the only child, with two step-brothers and one step-sister.

I’m the eternal optimist. Pragmatic idealist.

Being a Chinese, I am bilingual. I am of Teochew, Peranakan, Hainan, Hokkien and Cantonese heritage. Basically, it's everything excluding Hakka. I take pride in my roots (:

I’m a Buddhist. Prime believer in Karma.

I am more musically inclined. Looking back, I am always left in awe with my glorious 'past records'. Okay, I shall list them.

1. Certs by ABRSM for piano since I was 5 years old

2. Played the clarinet for 6 years

3. Yio Chu Kang Symphonic Band

4. Sembawang Symphonic Winds

5. Sembawang Wind Orchestra

6. Republic Wind Symphony

7. Soka Wind Ensemble

8. Soka New Century Orchestra

9. RPWS trip to Taiwan (we met Ma Ying Jiu and a treated lunch from one of the ministers)

10. Countless performances with the various bands/orchestras at Victoria Concert Hall, Singapore Conference Hall, Halls HALLS HALLLLS.

11. We've worked with Internationally acclaimed / award winning musicians.

12. Earned accolades that we never thought we could achieve!

13. I can sing, a hot fav to be saboh-ed during KTV sessions.

I’ve got a few part time jobs. Pet peeve: Desk bound jobs.

I love fruit wine. Think Champagne, German wine and cocktails! Hint: Lychee/Belvedere Martini.

I loooove buying clothes, underwear, home accessories, bags and books.

Traveling must be my favourite hobby ever!

I’d like to drive a lot!

Music : Air, Beastie Boys, Ben Harper, Bently Rhythm Ace, Bjork, The Cardigans, Creed, Blur, Chemical Brothers, Coldplay, Garbage, Goo Goo Dolls, Fang Da Tong, Jamiroquai, Jet, John Mayer, Lamb, Lifehouse, Madonna, Massive Attack, Metallica, Mozart, Nirvanna, Philip Glass, Portishead, Powderfinger, Radiohead, Red Hot Chili Peppers, The Fray, The Whitlams, Christina Aguilera, Whitney Houston, Ferrer Ferran.

I have a weakness for male leads in movies (recent hook-on: Robert Pattinson!). But I won’t admit this in public.

Guess you'd know me better by now.

Robert Pattinson!

Robert Pattinson must be the hottest vampire ever!
It's worth watching the movie just because of him!
HAHA, but I love Kenneth Poon even more :)

I loveee parties <3

Tis the season to be jolly!

X'mas must be my favourite holiday of the year, apart from Thanksgiving (if I were to be in the U.S of A, which shows why I am slightly keen to migrate there). Because at this time of the year, I would have already filled one entire room with the received gifts/hampers (pleasure of most associates).

Have not been updating quite a while because of all the partying! HEE (((:
Partying doesn't mean clubbing all the time okay.
Though most of them required drinking -shrieks-.

And presents!
Thank you all for the lovely gifts!
I appreciate all the thoughtfulness and love that were put into picking gifts for me =)

See you guyssss. Got to prepare for the celebration tonight and tomorrow and the day after and seetohqueen(bee)'s bday!

Oh, maybe I'm just more forgiving.

Sharing is a virtue, which I always do.

With great happiness.

Once a YCKSB-ian, forever one.

Vanessa misses the Clarinet Section - Seika, Goldie, WaiKit, Samuel and Michelle esp when we were playing the serenading Christmas tunes. Also the never-ending fun.

Guys/Girls, can we all meet again?

Like a Happy Meal, it's a Happy Deal.

Life has been really smooth these days. Besides reminiscing the past friendships and band lives, school, family and summertime (since there isn't much of a season change over here) jobs are springing up with good news. First that we 'won' our pitching of proposal out of the 7 teams. Family is gladly, not affected by the recession, but becomes even merrier (because of some things, somewhat or rather). Now I've got 2 jobs offered to me, there shouldn't be much of a problem for shopping trips, yay to x'mas sales or post ones!

X'mas is my favourite holiday!

cos

- I have a whole truckload supply of Macarons from Darling and Mom.
- Ambiance is never so cozy/loving.
- Truly it's the season of giving, giving to the retail outlets.
- Presents are flowing in :)
- X'mas dinner!
- X'mas eve's gathering with the good ol gang.
- Excuse to hangout with the Atas grp of ppl (once a year is more than enough, more will be bleah).
- Can act atas.
- Buy more clothes
- Dress up Royal Highness and da house in Pet Society.
- More new friends
- SNOW! That's if the traveling thing is confirmed.
- Too many to list.

I love you.
xoxo.

*p/s: should I sing for this month?
