tired.

I was up the whole night, almost. Went to bed at 4a.m. and woke up at 5:30a.m. Just can't go to sleep so I made full use of the time to study but happen so that I forget almost everything I studied last night. Surprisingly, I felt rather awake when I met Kenneth (who brought his guitar along.... to.....?), Engpeng and Sooling to go for Morning Gongyo.

We reached ICA 5 min before hand (met his two other students) and even so, we already had to sit outside the hall. Wow! I think alot of members went down to listen to Nestor Torres's performance. There were members from Thailand too :) Nestor played songs from his new album and he can double-tongue, triple-tongue and do lots of wonders with his flute. Amazing. No one clapped for his super tonguing skills but applaud for his trail, ok la, it's super long. Saw Penny, Weili, Weifen and Eddie..

Due to the limited time, we chose movie-watching to jogging in the stadium. Bought tix and went for breakfast/lunch at the Food Court; I love the juice!! SHE's there too and their fans bought really big balloons for them. If they're really so rich, they should donate or smth instead of spending so frivolously. Ah, I know some people will just shoot me with the Music industry's economy.

Death Note!! It was pretty good except for some parts which made Engpeng and I really freaked out, haha. The cinema's VERY empty. I like 'L' too! I teared a lil when Shiori died, until I realised that her @#$%^%^$$ boyfriend was the one who PLANNED to murder her, for his own interest. The original motive is altered, so badly, ARGH. The God of Ghosts likes to eat apples. Hehe.

After the show, we stayed to watch the part2 trailer, thank you Baohui for telling me!! Another @#$$##$#$@!@#$%^ will come into picture. I don't like Kira! Haha. Xiulian told us the ending. That's it, no more surprises, but I'm still going to watch it :)

Took Bus 22 to go to Engpeng's Discussion Meeting. On the bus, Ken, Soo and EP had 'lessons' while Xiulian and I were outcasted. So I went on to my i-pod and caught up a lil on my 90min slp. Then, I had a very bad splitting headache. Didn't dare to say, ha. The Discussion meeting's very different from mine. But good la, learn more things from new places.

After the meeting, I sent everyone to their respective venues. Sooling to bus stop, Kenneth to meeting (AGAIN?! haha) and EP back home. I went through so much pain today. Got 3 blisters on my both feet. Kill me. Pain here, pain there, pain everywhere. Don't worry EP, I didn't die when I was walking home. Btw, I took 50 min to walk home. Haha. At that moment, I really feel like dying. HAHA, JUST KIDDING!! I don't wanna die just yet.

Came home and saw Uncle Simon and family here too. Seeing Clarise taking her first step independently made me forget all my pain. It was just plain.. happiness. Haha. Realised that i was just craving for some warmth. Sigh. Just some warmth that I've been lacking for so long. Seeing my loved ones during dark moments makes me feel like crying. GA! haha. At least I have a decent dinner tonight. I begin to treasure every moment I have with everyone now. Seriously, never take things for granted cos it's always there.

I'm sick, and tired.

I dread it when relatives come together. Can't imagine. In case you all dunno, ALL my relatives are in my chapter. So they'll always come to my place first then we move off to our meeting venue behind my block. Especially those Uncles and Aunties. Walau, everything also want to compare and show off. Friday Rendezvous

I am really tired.

My eyes just don't seem to focus, they get shifty once in a while. Haha.

It wasn't exactly a good morning to start off with. These are the few things that made me go wrong:
- Moisturiser got into my eye
- Handling some nonsense people
- Realised that I don't have much allowance left till Mummy comes back (and when is she coming back?)
- Bread turned bad (so no food)
- Someone kept me waiting for 2 hours.

Nothing is worse than the last one. My legs ached, stomach growled, turned hysterical and ... ... ... Nvm, at least he still turned up before I really go mad. *I'm trying to make you feel guilty* heheh. Not exactly pissed off, but tired. Ok, it's Kenneth.
During the waiting time, Engpeng and Baohui kept me entertained throughout. Thank you girls:)

After lunch (??), took a bus to 'the seagull's' (??) place to help him take his amplifier. So, I got a little wet and Kenneth, totally drenched. Got two free cab rides after that :P
I think today is the day I used up all my free sms-es. Sooling and Engpeng's msgs just kept flooding in. Haha. Yawn.

SYC just feels the same like 11 years ago. The smell, the lights, the toilets and everything. Feel so at home. Memories started flooding in then. I just studied a little while listening to them having their rehearsal. Soon Engpeng and Sooling came over to accompany me and we did real lame stuff. Hehe.

Baohui's a very busy girl, trust me. Full of energy. Her agenda's like Badminton in the morning, friend's place at noon, movie in the afternoon and bowling after that. Gosh, and that busy girl found some time to call me to talk about *ahem* (don't name names ah!! Ha). Meow's one of the performers :) Ah, there'll only be Faith and her from our section attending prac tmr. Cos there's Discussion Meeting for me.

Went for dinner with Ken, EP and SL at the PP hawker. Ate something I don't like. Seesh, there were stupid flies around too. I was as freaked out as the girls, sigh, but what can I do? Scream with them? So I just killed almost every single one I see.

Kk, enough of distractions. Now to the Friday Rendevous. They combined it into a level instead of having two sessions. Hmm, overall, it was enjoyable. There's the Egypt King and his followers, LOL. I mean SDs from NUS. A german guy came too. Erm, it's just like a lounging session for YWDs and YMDs. I think LiLing and I'll be fooling around tmr at out Discussion Meeting at her place, maybe I'll make her sing, hehe. She sang Dan Xin, *song by Sandy Lam* and i forgot the other. Sigh, my memory's failing.

Went home with XiuLing (is it spelt this way?) and Engpeng after parting ways with Sooling and Kenneth on the train. Something happened in between, though I was shocked, but it soon came to a rest :) Promised EP to attend Morning Gongyo. How early do I have to wake up on a Sunday???!!!???!!!?!!?!?!?!?!?!?!??! So I'll have to study more tmr.

The first thing I did when I reached home was to slam on my sofa. Haha. Only after a while, I was awake enough to pull myself up to wash up. Ahem, getting a little thirsty now, hee.

Dun worry, I was just teasing. No particular impressions, but overall was well ;) Just don't make me wait for so long next time, all right?

I love Ryan! He's the richest/ most generous guy I've ever seen. Ryan called me at around noon and said: "Van, get ready in one hours time yea?". I was about to slap him, LOL. He picked me up downstairs with HIS Rover. Shocked right.. Later, he drove me to Holland V for some Mexican food. Fusion eh? A Chinese and an English eating in a Mexican restaurant. Food was unique and good. He tapped the bill.

Next, we went to Vivo City. I'm amazed by the galore of shops there. Like.. All-in-one! I went to shop more than usual. Went around to Fox, Zara, Topshop, Forever 21, Esprit... etc etc. It's not shopping, just some retail therapy. Haha. NO LA! He's just 21 and a friend.

He drove me to the Armani Boutique beside Hilton and made me pick a suit for him, lol. For this as-if-very-big-favour, he got me a pair of sunglasses from Armani (see it in the picture). Madman. Too much to spend.

We picked up his younger brother, Ronald, and went for dinner at a Jap restaurant at the Paragon. The sashimi was... ... ... FANTASTIC! Expectedly, he tapped. After that, we sent Ronald to the airport. He's going back to England to study at a prestigous sch, I don't have to mention it, it's too famous, lol. Ryan's going back to England at the end of the year. Sob.. Met his parents too. Very friendly and warm.. They're going back with Ronald.

Ryan sent me back after a long walk at Clarke Quay. Sigh, talked so much that we lost track of time. I'll miss you!! Drove me back home after that. Thank you Ryan for the wonderful day :)

Yawn.

I slept at 3a.m. but had to wake up at 6a.m. and meet Kenneth for morning gongyo. His 2 other students (??) are sooling and engpeng :) We talked on the tagboard before so it wasn't as awkward as I thought it'll be. Kenneth made a conscientious effort to make sure I wasn't. Haha, thank you.. And in the process, he tried to psycho me to Friday Rendevous. Ok, update me all right?

We were early so they had the exercising thingy. So lame la! Last week was Yoga and this week, aerobics. Heh. The butt-moving thing was funny. Hee. There were *sniffs, sniffs* beside me when I chanted.. he has flu and jogging makes it better? LoL..

GD talked to us about the significance of our silent prayers. Yes, it's those at the back of our gongyo book. Ah yea, youngsters weren't paying much attention, so.. they fell asleep. Then the young girl behind me called 'jie jie' and when I turned back, she pointed at K, E and S who were sleeping. Embarrasing.. No no, bad examples. Don't follow. Haha. There's also a competition for us to compose a Gakkai song that consists of instrumental, vocal and .... (1 more component, but I forgot). Hee. Kenneth's doing it.. Great.. Haha..

After that, I met up with Mama and went to TM. Bought a pair of pink slip-ons, 6 shirts and Michelle's prezzie. Spent ALOT of money today. Sigh, gotta save hard again.

The practical was a breeze! Pendulum bob for Physics and answer for Chemistry is Copper(II) Chloride, I suppose (since most of us got this ans). So you can imagine how easy is this!! Nothing difficult at all. Shouldn't have mug'd so much yesterday (since morning, okay? I went to surf this too). Only some tricky parts about the instructions~

I reached the hall just on time but MSPS (ask me if you wanna know, if not I'll get spammed by her -- hint: Yishan dun like this teacher alot) called my house 5 min before. Sati (my maid) picked up and she told me that the teacher said that I was late for my O LvL exam for 20 min.

Bloody Liar. Sati called my Mom and informed her. And dear Mummy have to call me all the way from ShangHai. So dumb. Grr.

Guess it'll be a nice day today, apart from the MSPS thingy. I'll be meeting Dixon, Marcus and XueYun later. Gotta get ready now! SCORES~ MEETING~ DISCUSSION~

I am feeling weird and uneasy again. Ok, being a pessimist you can say. I have been encouraging others, giving others support and brightening their days. Sigh, guess I'm just feeling very empty.

I'm supposed to be very stressed up by now, but I don't feel it. O level for Science Practical is just tomorrow. I'm in the 3rd shift and sitting on the FIRST BENCH! *shivers*

My entries are getting shorter and shorter these days because my life is getting more and more empty. I have almost nothing to blog about anymore. I need to think real hard before squeezing any content out.

I feel more down when I read FongYee's latest post. Feeling so bad. Extra, I am. There's an urgent need for me to go for more Gakkai activities after my O Levels. Guess that's my healer.

Why is the damn haze coming back after granting us just a few moments of clear air?? Especially with my very well aerated house. The only benefit that I reaped from this, is the operation of the air-con for the whole day, everyday. Hehe. Shhh.

New discovery!

Girls, I found out an instant and effective remedy to build up the lost volume of your hair!! This is only suitable for girls with long hair (if only you rather get a pompous one, of course). Ask me when we meet, babes. I'm too excited to share!

P.S: Conditioner must be applied in your hair wash routine before you do this.

Do you know that conditioner only works its best if you wash your hair twice before you apply it? For the first shampoo wash, just massage your HAIR, then rinse. Second wash, massage your SCALP, then rinse. After which, I'll personally apply a generous amount of Dove Deep Moisturising conditioner (girls, try it if you have damaged hair!).

Remember, for whatever you do, do dry your hair with a hair dryer after every wash for a nice and pretty hair. =)

Well, that's how bad the haze is. Singapore has amazingly changed it's topographical position. Once again, we're on a plateau. And in between the Mrt stations of Sembawang and Yishun, there's a big patch of grass burning, which worsens the haze around that area.

The clarinet section with the bassoonist and percussion section had sectionals. But I reached just when they started to have their dinner. I shall hug drey here again. Miss you sooo much!! We really got to catch up after my O's, all right? =).

WeiFen took us for the Sound of Music and a Gakkai piece. For Pirates, BoZhong took us in temp replacement of GuangYi, enjoying in Italy. Tsk tsk. I couldn't help but tease JunWen about his pager. Haha. Desmond likes my new phone. Cool right? Haha. Temptation... Practice ended rather late.

Sorry Des and JW!!! I really didn't know you all were waiting for me.. sorry.. :P Next time, must tell me beforehand, not when the lift shuts its door. Haha.

Came home with FongYee, Faith, Glenn and Dickson. I was quiet today, for some weird reasons.

I know I'm an optimist but I do have emotional moments too. Bloody hell, I can't show it. I'm bursting into tears. Die die. SHIT.

SK meeting.

I went for the meeting the first time yesterday ever since don't know when. Haha. I got to meet all my seniors except for one junior. Let me recall their names: Penny (duh), Miss Tay, XueYun, QiSheng, WeiHan, May, Marcus, Dixon, Bryan, Stephanie, 2Alvin(s), Debra, Delissa, Jessica *and another girl (from NYJC)*.

I'll be working with Dixon and Marcus. Marc plays the flute. Dixon's an all-rounder man! Sports, academic, arts. So nice. He can play ALOT of instruments. Okok, let me list down what he can play: Euphonium, Violin, Flute, Tuba, Baritone Sax, etc. The good thing is we're all studying and living near one another. Dix from AJC, Marc from AMKSS and I from?? I don't have to mention la. Haha. Then we can save the trips to SK or SYC. Damn far can! LOL. So XY compromised with us and decided to meet somewhere which is very very near to my house. Get the hint? Ahh, nvm.. Btw, this is our instrumental group.

Now about the emcees. It's going to be Debra and Bryan. Debra has a very good command of English and Bry has a glibish tongue. Haiz, *shakes head*. Haha.. They have a funny idea to go about it. I bet the laughters at the concert will be ringing throughout the hall.

Hmm, exhibition. People in charge will be QiSheng, WeiHan and Stephanie. Did I mention that QiSheng knows how to play the bassoon and piano? *Penny knows how to play the flute and piano too*. Nice people.

Yes, almost all of them tried to psycho me to go to JCs and for their open houses TODAY. Well well, I will have fun.

Ugh, my phone's not pretty. It's okay. Cause I have many interesting functions and files. One of them is blogging!! It has the RSS software! Cheers. It's not red, it's just white.

Saw many people last night. The table of us were: FongYee, me, Meow Leng, Chui Ling, WeiFen, Kenneth, ShiNi, Flora, Eng Soon and Alice. William came by when he's free.

Finally all the librarians were together. Wa, when was the last time that three of us got together? And Flora!! She gave birth to a baby daughter. So adorable. Caught up alot. She'll be coming back when her daughter gets a little older. EngSoon's coming back to teach our new bassoonist!! I shall not mention names. HeeHee. I'm very elated upon hearing the news. Couldn't believe my ears at first. Haha. Alice is a babe! Very pretty, especially with her new permed hair. She gives off a *nu (although it's 'nv' in hanyu pinyin) qiang ren*. Ahh, good job, smooth love-life and pretty self. Haha. Did I mention that I'm waiting for Vanessa to give birth?? Haha. Then she can come back and the legend of Da Sa Jie and Xiao Sa Mei will recover. Take care, sis!! WeiFen got a new diet. It's the NO-MEAT-DIET. Wa, how she survive ah? Haha. Disconcerting haze.

This interminable haze has been perturbing me throughout the day. I'm having a monumental headache. Not massive, but splitting and immense. And in a forthwith, I can semblance a very ethereal head. These don't include the illimitable oodles of diaphoresis I have perspired.

My Mid-Autumn Festival~

Didn't celebrate with my family =(. Cause my grandparents went to attend to great-grandpa in hospital *sob*. Uncle Simon got his own family and Uncle Sam got a new girlfriend! And obviously Mummy is not in Singapore. Feel so lonely without my family.

Now about friends: 1 at Tokyo, 3 at Bali, 1 at Italy, 8 at Taiwan and 2 at HongKong.

Fret not, I've got FongYee!! HeeHee. She brought me to the Nokia Starlight Cinema at the Padang to watch the Tokyo Drift. She happened to have a ticket for two. (n_n). Thank you!

We went to Plaza Singapura first to do a little shopping. Couldn't get the slippers and clothes I want. Cause the price is a little off budget. There're nice and comfy shoes at Marks and Spencers, but too bad =(. Went to see the mp3 that she wanted all along at the Creative shop. Had dinner at the Food Court due to economical constraints. Haha.

We bought nachos cheese, popcorn and drink from the GV upstairs and thought of an ingenious plan to bring it to Padang. Everyone's like staring. Who cares? We had fun!! haha. We were 5 min early before they deny entry but the place is already SOOO crowded. We found a place and rolled the mat on the ground and settled down. There isn't any awkward silence, cos we got so much to talk about. We had to wait for 45 min before the movie starts.

There's supposed to be a full moon, and there is, only that it's orange. LOL. Due to the haze. Er, most of them around us happened to be couples. The one beside us were having a picnic (i think everyone there is). They lighted those candles that you buy at IKEA and small paper lanterns. FongYee and I had the phobia of the lantern burning that's on the grass ground. Haha. They had mooncake also la. How envious I am. Haha. For some weird reasons, most people bought Sushi from the Market Place. Sushi platter. And the two of us are pathetically munching on our snacks compared to them, of course.

I personally think that Tokyo Drift is a movie directed for guys. Yeah, it's all about cars, drifting and women. I think the gfs were just accompanying their bfs. It's pretty boring, actually (the movie). Then, I went to observe the skyscrapers, and I thought they were HDB flats. Thanks to the haze that made them look 1/4 of their actual height. People were actually wearing masks (those that they sell during SARS).

Came home with a really worn out body. AMK was just as hazy. For a moment, I thought Singapore's an island on a plateau. Uncle Sam made me look like a terrorist when I was downstairs. Ask me if you wanna know. Damn lame experience.

I was conk'd out before I knew it.

As I was coming back home on the train, I overheard a Chinese couple talking about their experiences at the HongKong's Ocean Park and Singapore's Sentosa Island. Expectedly, they were comparing. They prefer the seals' stunts and the photo-taking sessions with them in HK to the usual, boring stuff such as the Underwater World in S'pore. Maybe the Sentosa's recreational management could consider that idea of having animal stunts and giving fringe benefits to visitors.

Well, Singaporeans can't exactly complain about the Sentosa and the recreational activities down there. Cause the govt has already decided to build the IR there, which will attract ALOT of tourists and generate revenue and definitely improve the economy and tourists' image of Singapore by a whole lot! Quite contradicting ah, Singaporeans. They want everything perfect. Good economy, good image, more revenue, less taxes, very civilised and all the 'positive' values you can think of. Nothing is perfect and the govt is already trying to make it as good as possible. Sadly, some people just don't realise that bit. The casino is just another kick to generate more income, not a moral deflater. Singaporeans ah, Singaporeans, what does the govt not do for you? You'll NEVER die out of starvation, no housing or no money.

Apart from the IR, there's also the Sentosa Cove. In the property market sense, it'll be a very good investment for investors. It'll also be most probably rented by foreigners. Hey, and that's a damn good way to earn big bucks la. Blah blah. Their family and friends would also come over and have a very well impression on the tourism market in Singapore. Basically, it's a win-win situation.

Anyway, if any teachers from Singapore Poly or Ngee Ann Poly see this post, it's perfectly NICE to ask me to the Tourism course in your school. I'm SERIOUSLY interested =). Ahh, I'm taking O LvLs at the end of the year. Hee Hee.

Exhaustingly Fun!

FongYee, Dickson and I met for gym (with Dickson carrying his trombone around). Haha. People at the gym treat us very well when they see us carrying our instruments. How nice. Dickson went on the 'cursed' treadmill. For the past few times I've went there, people fell from it. *Eerie*, Dickson almost fell too but his handphone saved him. He went around follying with the different exercising instruments while FongYee and I concentrated on the treadmill, pulling thingy and the bicycle. Showered after that (many funny things happen in between, haha). I made FongYee very happy by realising her fanatic dream of lending her the Coast to Coast Special Edition CD. Hee. She kept smiling and laughing. Ok, HAPPY.

Proceeded to PLE for early dinner. Stupid garlic smell, but love the Honey Brown sauce. Talked about blogging too. HA! They won N80 if I remembered correctly. So I was hanging around the whole time with BLOGGERS! Cool ppl. Faith came by slightly later.. blah blah. Took the MRT to SCC and it was almost silent with all the earpieces plucked into our ears.

I sang everywhere I go. LOL. Eddy was practising his trombone at the entrance, welcoming us? Lol, ok, too lame. GengQin was practising his horn at the 'reception'? Sounds wrong. Went up to the Hall of Wisdom and chanted, whereas Faith went somewhere else. HeeHee. BaoToh. I'm ashamed of crossing my legs instead of kneeling, chanting at the front row. Haha. Nvm, this has been a habit, a bad one I know.

Games!! Er, not exactly. Just a session to make everyone know each other better. WOOHOO~ Breeze man. I know everyone not including their names, there were to many to remeber. I was assigned to the group with Eddy, 2 Hui Ping, ShanShan and WeiLi. We knew each other so we just wrote everything on a piece of paper. I'm proud to say that I'm a fortune baby who've been practising for 16 years :). Who're the fortune babies in SNCO ah? So cool. We should create a Fortune Babies Association. LOL.

As there're no 3rd clarinet part for Orchestra, JunWen joined us, the 1st! HA! So the 1st stand consists of Hansel, Desmond, JunWen and I. The 2nds are all the girls. BLEH. I'm alone, but not outcasted. HeeHee. LOL, I'm in the centre la. JunWen lent me his ligature without asking, nice. Thanks!! He also has a PAGER! Can you believe it? That someone still carries a pager at this era. By the army la. Desmond taught me how to change the pager's ringtone and we chose a very typical Uncle type for JW. Army's a good place for RJ boys. Haha. All turned better. The 3 of us pang-seh'd Hansel for the self-created 29 bars clarinet solo on Phantom. I don't wanna play the solo. Lala~. I like playing with the strings, motivate us to tongue quicker. Haha.

Practice ended at 10. Audrey and Hansel's bro got a thing going on. I mean, all from NAFA. Haha. A pianist and a singer. Hansel's too famous in NAFA. LOL. He's afraid of that. Drey and I got the link of .......'excuse me but can I be you for awhile. My dog won't bite if you sit real still. I got the anti-christ in the kitchen yellin' at me again, yeah I can't hear that. Been saved again by the garbage truck..... I got twenty-five bucks and a cracker do you think it's enough to get us there..............'. It was so fun, babe!! We shall go for more k-boxing. Haha.

Went off with BaoHui, Hansel, FongYee, Faith and Dickson. We pang-seh'd JW. Thus we saw him going back with Guangyi and gang. Haha. D was too hungry so he went to OCK and bought a curry puff AFTER coming in to the MRT station. Rich kid. After boarding the train, we saw something that's totally gross out and disgusting. Arrgh, I just can't find a word. D commented about that that made all of us *squeeze* together, afraid that the two guys will smack us. Guess you know what's happening, yea.

Slept throughout the journey. It was hell-like hour when I reached home, but I still watched Du Shen on Channel 8. HeeHee. Sudden sickness of Internet.
